This light mounts to any style 18", 28" or 36" traffic cone. The 360º amber lens flashes at a rate of 120 - 150 flashes per minute. Unit measures 8"H X 3-1/4" Dia. Mounting bracket is included, 6-Volt Battery (#81943) is not included. Battery lasts up to 160 hours.
