1. 49 CFR 386.72(b)(1) Imminent Hazard Whenever it is determined that a violation of 49 USC 31502 or the Motor Carrier Safety Act of 1984, as amended, or the Commercial Motor Vehicle Safety Act of 1986, as amended, or a regulation issued under such section or Acts, or a combination of such violations, poses an imminent hazard to safety;

2. 49 CFR 386.83(a)(1) Failure to pay civil penalty Whenever a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) owner or operator fails to pay a civil penalty in full within 90 days of the date specified for payment by the FMCSA final agency order;

3. 49 CFR 385.13 Unsatisfactory rated motor carriers Generally, a motor carrier rated 'unsatisfactory' is prohibited from operating a commercial motor vehicle (CMV). Motor carriers transporting hazardous materials in quantities requiring placarding, and motor carriers transporting passengers in a CMV, are prohibited from operating a CMV beginning on the 46th day after the date of the FMCSA notice of a proposed 'unsatisfactory' rating. All other motor carriers rated from reviews completed on or after November 20, 2000, are prohibited from operating a CMV beginning on the 61st day after the date of the FMCSA notice of a proposed 'unsatisfactory' rating.
