Let me rundown my opinion on the negatives first. There are plenty of positives I'll add at the end.- Not enough hardware was included. Only 4 flat and 4 lock washers were included. At minimum, 4 additional flat washers are needed. But I've got a couple solutions and workarounds. I'll explain further down. See second photo for how to use the hardware as-is. The product photo shows the hardware being used incorrectly. If you add flat washers, add them to the lock nuts.- Hardware "should've" been black. This thing a nice anodized black. The brackets are a nice black powder coat. Why not go 100% and add black hardware?- Terminal rings are too large without enough surface area. I understand this route is probably the easiest solution to address most all installation scenarios so it makes sense. A little bigger and it'll fit everyone's hardware. Buyer/Installer should change it to the correct size before installing. See last photo, those are M8 bolts.- On/Off switch is a push button latching type. I would've liked to see a lighted rocker type. And these push buttons are small. I can think of several options which could've been implemented which would've worked better.- On/Off switch is intended to be mounted with double-sided tape. No other options exist for mounting.And that's it for my negatives.First thing you'll notice is that the wiring and connectors are very nicely made. DT Deutsch style 3-pin male pigtails come out of the lamps. The harness is nicely loomed and could be installed as-is. A 40A Bosch style 4-pin relay is already wired in. And the relay has the metal mounting bracket as well (no hardware for mounting was included). The switch has a connector for ease of installation. Once routed to the interior, plug it back together.Hardware for the lamps and brackets are M8-1.25x25mm (bracket) and M8-1.25x~22mm (lamp to bracket). I mentioned a lack of flat washers. Just get 4 M8 flat washers and you could install.The better solution regarding the hardware is to get some black hardware. Use blue Loctite on the lamp bolts and you'll have Loctite and a lock washer...Lights are almost like spots or pencil beams. There's some ambient lighting but these are definitely for long range.The brackets are designed to be installed on either side so you can have your lamps set forward or back a bit. Small difference but the option is there.The DRLs are not too bright--just bright as you'd expect and you should be fine using them that way. My preference would the DRL turning off automatically if the spots are turned on. As well as an alternative option to have DRLs turn on automatically.Product shipped and arrived in its retail packaging. Great product overall with some minor nuances but I'm very happy with these and will be ordering two more sets of KC polymer brackets to install. I'll also be switching out the switches to the GOOACC switches.

Nicely crafted set of supplemental driving lights. Been scanning for the right set for my need, so many to choose from these days. Did the fit test on my tractor and fired them up, they’re going to look great and add working hours to my day. For my installation I’m going to use a backing plate so it’ll be a week or two for the permanent install but these are perfect for my application. Kit includes a heavy duty harness, on/off switch, fuse assembly w two spare fuses, and all the hardware necessary to mount the bars. Lamps are well sealed, as are all the electrical connections. Other than a handful of tie wraps for securing the cables, the set is complete. Great product!
