International Orders We can ship our products to most areas around the globe. Please contact us for a freight quote or we can ship on your nominated carrier.

Heavy, bulky or oversized orders must be sent via a courier and can incur different delivery charges. These charges are calculated based on the cubic size and weight of the item (or parcel) and the delivery location. An alternate option is Click & Collect, where you can collect the item from any of our five Heatleys branches.

Goods Lost in Transit Please be aware that we cannot offer a replacement for goods lost in transit until the courier company has actually specified that the goods have been lost. This can take up to 1 month.

Unfortunately, Heatleys cannot deliver internationally. We are also unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, Locked Bags, Private Bags, Private Lockers, Parcel Lockers or Parcel Collect Addresses.

As a Heatleys Home & Trade customer, you will receive free delivery on all standard orders over $150*. This only applies if the delivery location is within the Perth Metro area. Hand or Tailgate Deliveries Any shipment that weighs over 25kg will need to be unloaded by a forklift or fork stacker. If there is no forklift available extra charges may apply for hand or tailgate unloads. Please contact us to obtain a freight estimate if this is required.

MHA have provided our business with some excellent manual handling solutions. We first contacted about 10 years ago and have used them as our supplier ever since.

Deliveries During Non-Business Hours Extra charges will apply for deliveries on a weekend, public holiday or outside usual business hours. Please contact us to obtain a freight estimate if this is required.

Redelivery Fee Most carriers will charge a redelivery fee if there was no one on site when they first attempted to deliver the goods. Any charges of this nature will be passed onto the customer.

Areas Not Serviced By Our Regular Carriers Some locations & postcodes may be out of the area serviced by our regular carriers, even if they are not classified as a remote area. For these areas, an extra charge will need to be added to the amount that our ‘Shipping Calculator’ comes up with. We will contact you if this is the case.

Estimated Delivery Dates If we have provided you with an estimated delivery date, please be aware that this can change due to unforeseen circumstances and we will not accept any responsibility for late deliveries.

Due to the unpredictable circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic please allow an additional 5 business days from the estimated delivery date to receive your items. Heatleys prioritise the health and well-being of our community therefore, most of our preferred courier services have implemented contactless delivery.

Deliveries to a Non-Business Address Extra charges may apply if you need your order delivered to a home or private address. Please contact us to obtain a freight estimate if this is required.

At the point of placing the order, our customer service team will contact you to discuss the delivery charge that would apply to any such orders. At this point, you are able to opt-out of the transaction, and we can provide a refund. We only have a smaller number of items that would be deemed as heavy, bulky, or oversized and our customer service team will do their best to accommodate you.

All MHA's products (that are required) comply to Australian Standards. All equipment is extensively tested and certification available.
