Our sleek, single row LED bars incorporate a screw-less bezel design for superior sealing against the elements, fitted with Gore® PolyVents for ultimate housing ventilation.

While aluminium anodised surface coatings are corrosion-resistant over time, they fade from UV damage. DuPont® Polymer powder coats instead provide much higher UV & corrosion resistance and remain their chosen colour longer.

Although sealed, LED Bars also need to breathe to relieve pressure build-up as the light heats & cools. Utilising a Gore® PolyVent ensures internal pressure can equalise to prevent seal failure & moister/dust ingress - eliminating lens condensation & fogging.

Lighting installed further from a battery, such as the roof of a vehicle, can experience a voltage drop - a drop in electrical potential from travelling along a longer path. Our Single Output Harness uses a larger DTP connector & heavier gauge AWG wire to reduce voltage drop.

IP, vibration, UV, corrosions, RoHS, temperature exposure, impact, and EMC tests ensure Ultimate9 LED Light Bars exceed operational conditions and electrical standards for longevity & legal fitment.

To protect internal circuitry from damage that arises from moisture & dust ingress, Ultimate9 LED Light Bars are tested to ensure they meet the highest IP rating - IP68 & IP69K
