The 4m strip of lights comes pre-fitted with a glue strip running its entire length. Simply peel off the covering tape and stick the lights into place along the underside of decking, stairs or balcony railings.

To check whether the panel has charged during daylight hours, simply cover the solar panel to see if the lights come on.

To change between the four lighting modes, simply press the mode button on the back of the solar panel. Lighting modes are shown below:① Constant light② Slow flash ③ Quick flash④ Pulsating light

Q. Do I have to use the glue strip? A. No, if you do not want to stick the lights down you can simply leave the protective cover on the glue strip and wrap or hang the lights in the desired location.

The solar panel can be charged separately to the position of the string lights, meaning you can mount the strip light wherever you like (whether sunny or not - even indoors). Simply position the panel to capture the sun during the day and re-attach it in the evening to power the lights.

Q. Can I move the lights once installed? A. No, the glue and backing strip are designed for a single installation. While you can remove the lights, doing so will damaged the glue strip.

For consecutive rainy days or in winter, you can charge the solar panel separately using the micro USB port on the back of the solar panel. When charging you will see a red light. When the light is fully charged it will turn green. Charging cable not included.
