The most suitable bike is the one you have trained on. A lightweight road or hybrid bike would be our recommendation. If you are used to riding a mountain bike you are welcome to bring this, just be aware they are much heavier and therefore you’ll need more energy! If you have an alternative bike that you would like to investigate using, please contact one of the team who’ll be happy to advise.
