I have the Rigid on my SXS and my Amazon cheapo on my Utility ATV. They both work great and they both have been 100% submerged in mud and water. I also have some el cheapo light cubes on my sport quad and a 24″ cheapo inside my trucks grill that works great! The one inside my trucks grill is excellent for the overnight runs to URL each winter.

For the truck, I have an 11′ ford 5.0, you can put up to a 32″ I believe between the core supports behind the grille. If you have an EcoBoost, it takes some modification due to the intercooler. I also had a 24″ on my 06′ Silverado mounted on some tabs inside the grill on the bumper.

I used Cree but this Auxbeam was my original choice but it ended up being a little bigger physically than I liked and the power draw was a concern for my quad. I traded it to a buddy that had the Cree laying around. Neither is very expensive unless you are talking much bigger?

There are water resistant Rigid Industries LED lightbars that are almost bullet proof, so you don’t have to worry about rocks mud or anything else on the trail.

I’d recommend to install some really tough led lights because rocks and small bushes will destroy it really fast. Rigid industries makes some really tough lightbars, just check this small YouTube video to see it:

These LED off-road lights are just terrific for so many applications. It used to be a real issue getting enough light on machines like ATVs, tractors, farm equipment, trailers, etc because incandescent lights of any intensity were huge power hogs and were often really delicate and couldn’t take the beating unless you spent big bucks.

Suzuki, how do you like your BF? I have a KFX700 and love it, thinking about switching utility machines to Kawie also…Their clutch’s are like no other mfg, and they just seem to work great no matter what.

I recently installed this light bar on one of my quads. Finally tested last weekend and was impressed. I should have done it a lot sooner. It was a PITA to install the first time.

I’ve got LED lights now on the tractor at my hunting property. Finally I can actually SEE something with the lights and I just added a light to my lawn tractor at home. Very handy in the fall when trying to get cleanup chores done with short daylight. Again it was impossible to have that much light with an incandescent light, it would have drained the battery too fast for the little stator to replenish.

My uncle was complaining that his combine has a blind spot on the auger side and there is no light on the auger so the box of the semi truck is in shadow and it’s hard to see. He added an LED light bar on that side of the combine and 2 LED off road lights out on the auger head and now it’s absolutely dazzling how much light there is.

I have 1 high end rigid 8″ light bar and I can notice a brightness difference between that and my 8″ EYourLife bar from Amazon, but not a $200 difference…

I got the Auxbeam curved 22″ lightbar from Amazon for about $90. You can get the straight ones for a lot cheaper. Haven’t had a chance to install it but I teated it in my garage and it is blinding. Seems very well built as well.

NL and ProZ also do torture tests on their budget bars…I have a rigid and I really like it, but it’s nowhere near worth the price you pay for it…

To put it in perspective, you can buy FOURTEEN 30″ cheapo lightbars for the price of ONE Rigid 30″…they are slightly brighter and more durable, but really? Nothing is that much better…

All Cheapo Light bars that I buy are all EYourLife off Amazon. I have had good luck with the company, no reason to try other import companies. In fact, I had a large branch smoke my light cube at 40+mph on my Kawasaki the other day, just a small scratch.
