So my question is how these devices are connecting to Bluetooth devices without bluetooth permissions I have one app, lotus lantern that successfully connected to an LED light I have in my car (isn't working now for some reason) when I go to app information they don't have permission nor even ask for Bluetooth connection, they initially ask to turn Bluetooth on but don't ask to use Bluetooth to connect to these devices, they however ask for location permission which isn't what they are saying they are.... reading on Android forms they say there's a loophole/bug to connect through locations or w.e I only slightly care/know what they are saying but these apps are NOT USING BLUETOOTH TO CONNECT TO THESE DEVICES
