This application may not be convenient or satisfying to everyone, but it is for anyone. This app is perfect for me personally. I can use this app to change RGB lights through Bluetooth. I use this on a product named GUSODOR LED strip lights. The best part, I can still use other Bluetooth device while using the app to change the RGB strips. All you have to do is leave Bluetooth on your phone and it’s that simple. Go back to the app and it automatically connects. It’s very convenient. You can simply change colors or use light effects through the app with just a tap on your mobile device(s). ALERT, it DOES NOT support any other music media or any equalizer applications except musics that were bought from iTunes, which like I said, it’s not convenient or satisfying for everyone. Fortunately for me, I buy my music through iTunes, so it’s not a problem to me or for anyone that purchase their music through iTunes. (The music has to be downloaded through your phone in order for it to show up in the application’s playlist through Music lighting effect mode). However, I just want them to fix a bug where when you leave the lights off through the app, the switch is shown off then closing the application. But, after opening the application, you see that the switch icon is turned back on even though the lights are appeared to be off. It does throw me off because I can’t tell whether I left the lights on or off when I’m away from my room. Other than that, it’s an amazing app to use.

The LED light string is great. The physical remote is fine for on/off, 1 or 2 hour off function, basic light colors and brightness. The remote needs to be turned off to use the Bluetooth app for the light strings. My iPhone paired easily with the light string. Changing colors are super easy on the app. The personal scheduling of the lights is difficult to maintain if you go out of Bluetooth range it disconnects the app and the range is relatively short for me -15 feet maybe because the light string is outside my front door with landscaping / storm door blocking the connection line of sight. So yes custom colors are great thru the app- I have yet to figure out how to play music or use my microphone to speak thru the light strip and yes I have given up. I use the hand held remote. Instead of Bluetooth connection a WiFi connection would have been better in my opinion.

I love the lights I got and the lights aren’t the problem, it’s the app. I got the lights because they’re was a app to mix the colors and make the speed yourself. The remote just doesn’t do it all like the app does , the first day I got the app it worked perfectly and I was glad because I lose my remote to the led lights all the time so I didn’t have to go digging for it. The second day was not so good the app kept disconnecting on its own and was not working. Now me and my brother have the same led lights and his works perfectly. I saw the reviews and Im glad I’m not the only one this has happened to. I re downloaded the app but it kept disconnecting the app is horrible please fix this bug because I love the lights and the remote just don’t have the colors I want.
